Walmart is planning to create its own cryptocurrency and NFTs. Apparently, Walmart wants to dominate the retail competition in both the real world and the virtual world.
The firm’s interest in cryptocurrencies is not new. According to one of those filings, the big-box chain is looking into whether to provide customers with a cryptocurrency as well as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
